How Referrals Work
Once you're approved, your account manager sets up one or more referral links for you. Each link carries a unique code that ties any customer who signs up through it back to your account.
The flow
- You share your link (in a post, email, video description, anywhere).
- Someone clicks it and lands on the app. The click sets a tracking cookie in their browser.
- If they subscribe within the tracking window, the new subscription is attributed to you automatically.
- The referral shows up in your dashboard, and commission begins accruing.
What counts
- A referral is qualified once the customer starts a paid subscription (trials convert when they begin paying).
- Attribution is last-touch within the tracking window — if a customer clicks your link most recently before subscribing, the referral is yours.
- Recurring commissions continue as long as the customer keeps their subscription active, depending on your link's terms.
Your dashboard shows each link's total and active referrals so you can see which channels are working.
