Getting Paid

Your earnings are tracked in real time on your dashboard, broken into three numbers: lifetime, pending, and paid out.

How commissions are calculated

Each referral link has its own terms, which may be:

• Percentage — a share of what the customer pays, or
• Flat — a fixed amount per referral, or
• Both combined.

Your dashboard shows the terms next to each link so there are no surprises.

Pending vs. paid

• Pending — commission has accrued but isn't yet released. New commissions start here while the referral settles (e.g. clearing refund/cancellation windows).
• Paid out — commission we've sent to you.
• Lifetime — everything you've ever earned, pending and paid combined.

Payouts

Payouts are handled by your account manager on a regular schedule. If you have a question about a specific commission or a payout, reach out and we'll sort it out.
