How it differs from a payment processor

A payment processor (like Square or Stripe) moves money. BillingByScott sits on top: it models what you sell (products, plans, features, quotas), tracks who has which subscription, computes invoices, and then uses a payment processor to actually charge. You define the billing logic once and reuse it across every app.

Getting started

BillingByScott requires an operator account. After signing in, you register your apps, build a pricing catalog, and your apps' customers show up as client accounts to manage.
