The admin area is where you manage your operator account — the workspace your billing operation runs in.

Your operator team

Invite the people who help you run billing as members of your account. Roles (owner, admin, staff, member) control who can change pricing, manage client accounts, and touch payment settings versus who has a more limited view.

Payment configuration

Connect your payment processor here — for example your Square credentials — so BillingByScott can charge invoices. These credentials are stored encrypted.

Profile & security

Each member manages their own profile and can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) — strongly recommended given that this console controls billing and payment configuration.
